    Patient Form

    Today's Class Topics:
    How to make a table in Microsoft Word
    How to use Excel

     New Keyboard Shortcuts:
    • Go to file and find New Templates
    • Go to the rule and double click that we give u the Tab Stop Position then you can do a patient form with #4 with the line in the bottom.
    • CTRL N is a New Page
    • CTRL T is a Hanging Indent
    New Things I Learned Today:
    • How to use a Template
    • In Excel there are columns that start from A and go to XFD
    • In Excel there are 1,048,576 Rows
    • How to enter data in Excel also called Spreadsheet

    In the Insert Tab there are three things that go on the page the Header, Footer and Page Number and they are side by side.

    I learned to put the work site for the research that i am working on in the last page. In the work site are books,Periodicals, and the Internet that we have researched so we are not  Plagiarising

    I learned that the Table of content is to put a document with a number of pages in a table of content and it would be helpful with the live link that goes with it. So if you have a 50 page document you can find it in one moment.

    New Keyboard shortcuts
    • CTRL M- Move 1/2 inch to right

    New Things I learned today
    • Of one gallon of ink it cost $10,000
    •  When you use colors in any kind of presentation or flyers use only one or two colors more will confuse people
    • In the bullet list there are more when you go to Define New Bullet

    New ribbon item
    Slide Master. This ribbon tells the rest of the slides in power point to format the way you want instead of doing it one by one.
